Great styling, practical color, and OSTRICH! DEEE-LUXE! This YSL Rive Gauche chocolate brown OSTRICH handbag hits on all cylinders. The ostrich is in excellent shape, inside and out. The skins are excellent—no dings, dents, scratches, stains—the edges are impeccable, the stitching is nice and tight. No repairs. The brown suede interior is excellent, and features a zippered pocket and an open pocket. Underneath the Yves Saint Laurent/Made in France leather "tag" inside is a long series of embossed numbers, which I tried without success to photograph. Very heavy-duty zipper closes everything up nice and tight. Hallmarked lock, hallmarked rivets, hallmarked zipper pulls. FIVE brass feet! (Thank you, YSL!) Antiqued brass (which means it's not supposed to be shiny) hardware is intact: no flaking, silvering, or damage. 14.5" wide, 11" tall, 5" deep, and the strap drop is 17". These YSL ostrich bags—both the Rive Gauche and Muse models—are tough as nails, exceptional quality—real standouts. DEEE-EEE-LUXe I'm just going to say this: If you need to rely on 's "authentication process," please don't purchase any of my items. If you can't tell what you're looking at it, from the photos and the description, please go someplace else. 's "authentication process" is beyond a joke.
