Rare ✨ Yves saint Laurent checked silk? blouse

I bought it at a thrift store, I think it's vintage.
The tag has faded so I don't know the exact material, but it feels like silk to the touch. The washing instructions also say it feels the same as silk.
There are some faint stains in some areas as shown in the pictures.
