Overall in good condition. Due to the nature of soft leather, the bag has a slightly relaxed feel, but it holds its shape when filled.
There are minimal scratches or stains. The leather remains supple and glossy over time, and the hardware is in excellent condition.
One minor flaw: there is some wear on the inner side of the handle (see photo #12). However, it is located on the inside and is not very noticeable during use.
