We highly recommend considering the following conditions regarding our GT&Cs and the Right of Withdrawal. Both you will find down below of each article in German language (so called “AGB”; “Widerrufsbelehrung”).

To make use of the Right of Withdrawal you need to contact us no later than 14 days after the receipt of the article purchased and to follow the instruction given by email, which you will receive as soon as you announce to make use of it at .

Shipping
Importand note related to Economic Shipping to the US: Please consider hugh delays when choosing Economic Shipping. Very long delivery times of at least 25-40 days must be expected. For destations in the western US or remote regions, the transit time can be signifiant longer.

Sanvard® is not responsible for any delays due to customs inspections and clearance, or major forces that are beyond our control. The time an article is with the customs is considered. as added to the usual delivery time announced.
