Soledad offers express delivery by express courier for orders placed from Monday to Friday. Shipping includes tracking information. For time and cost of shipment unless specified contact us. Shipments are made 24h following payment through FEDEX, DHL or EMS

N.B.For shipping by express courier the name of the consignee shown on the package must be the same name indicated on the intercom / bell of the delivery address.

In the case of storage for the wrong address / address unknown to the address, any storage costs will be charged to the recipient.

DELIVERY TIME
The shipment will be made 24 hours after payment. All shipments are provided with tracking that will be communicated at the time of shipment.

We ship from Monday to Friday, if you place an order during the weekend or on a holiday, the order will be shipped the first working day.

Deliveries take place during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, the islands and the disadvantaged places, the delivery could take from one to two additional days.

In case of non-delivery on the first attempt due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will attempt a new delivery on the following working day.
