Vintage unsigned. Attributed to Roger Scemama possibly for Yves Saint Laurent. From a high end estate full of high end couture jewelry (see my other auctions). Last pictures show a signed YSL necklace from the same estate. Though the clasps are different the hook and eye construction with circles is the same. Graduated strands for layering. Shortest necklace strand is 16.5 inches. Longest necklace strand is 48 inches. Total necklace drop is just under 17 inches. Chain is 4 mm or just over 1/10 of an inch. Ribbed barrel beads are 30 mm or approximately one and 1/10 inch wide. Excellent vintage condition. Beautiful French couture necklace from the 1960s.
