PAYMENT
We accept Managed payment.
Payment is due within 5 days of the auction end.
We will ship the item within 3 business days after your payment clears.
SHIPPING
I send a product by DHL or Fedex.
I attach the tracking number.
Please bid it without worrying.
Shipping is only available to the address registered in Paypal.
Please note that any address not registered in Paypal is not acceptable to ship.
Shipping is available from Monday to Friday.
Weekends are not available because post office is closed.
In the case of overseas shipping, products are often handled in a messy manner. Please rest assured that we have a sturdy package in our shop.
Also, since it may take some time before arrival in countries with high humidity, we also may include a desiccant (silica gel) at the time of shipment.
RETURNS
Notes on Returns
As a rule, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is different from what is described in the product description.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you received free shipping service when you placed your order, you will be charged for the restocking fee and the shipping fee from Japan to the buyer. The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the unlikely event that a directly managed or branded store determines that an item is fake, we will take the necessary recall measures.
Just provide us with the information that clearly shows that the item is fake. Otherwise, we will not be able to make a decision.
