Up for sale is a classic, beautifully constructed vintage piece from Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche. It can be worn as a mini coat dress or a top. The size is 36. The pleating in the front runs at a slight angle. It attaches internally by two hooks and one snap, then by two buttons in the front. The top portion is lined and there are two slim shoulder pads for subtle shaping. There is slight gathering in the back. The dress has one front pocket.
