Collection from our warehouse 'The Blue Cross for Pets, Unit 137 Oak Drive, Hartlebury, Worcestershire, DY10 4JB' - Collection times: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. Please remember to bring your collection code with you.
Please note: We do not accept third party/own couriers, as we are unable to package large items securely for transport.
Collection must be made in person no later than 7 days after the listing has ended. If the item is not collected within 7 days, the order will be cancelled & resold.
