Yves Saint Laurent created many groundbreaking designs such as his safari collection and his 'Le Smoking', he was the first to put women into a man's tuxedo! This tuxedo outfit includes the fine wool gabardine 'spencer' (waist length) jacket with satin lapels and tuxedo pants with the signature vertical satin stripe. The jacket is 20" in length, the sleeves measure 23" length and the bust is 36". The pants have a 25" waist (the French back then always cut a very small waist!) and the hips are 36". I would say this suit is a size 6-8. Made in France.
