Shipping is only available to the address registered in .
Please note that any address not registered in is not acceptable to ship.
And also, if you order to change the address during the shipping, there will be another fee and buyers owe that even if it is free shipping transaction.

Shipping is available from Monday to Friday.
Weekends and public holidays in Japan are not available to do shipping because transportation companies do not work.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is different from what is described in the product description.

As a rule, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you received free shipping service when you placed your order, you will be charged for the restocking fee and the shipping fee from Japan to the buyer. The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount (100 USD or more).

In the unlikely event that a directly managed or branded store determines that an item is fake, we will take the necessary recall measures.

Just provide us with the information that clearly shows that the item is fake. Otherwise, we will not be able to make a decision.
